Faites pivoter le magasin d'1/4 de tour vers la droite pour le séparer du bloc moteur, puis remettez-le en position verticale pour le fixer de nouveau.
Le changement de cônes doit se faire avec la magasin détaché du bloc moteur. Les aliments à hacher, trancher ou râper sont introduits par la cheminée du magasin.
